People Pulse Media LLC is a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We provide safety and training video production, the PULSYON onboarding and assessment platform, and creative services.

2. Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that could harm us or others. The content on the site is for general information and may change without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, videos and design, is owned by People Pulse Media LLC or used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.

Work we produce for a client becomes the client’s property on full payment, as set out in the relevant project agreement. Until full payment is received, all work remains our property.

4. Services and project terms

Specific projects are governed by a separate agreement or quotation that sets out deliverables, timelines, and costs. Where those project terms differ from these general terms, the project agreement takes precedence for that project.

4.1 Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our standard terms are 50% payment in advance and 50% on completion. Draft deliverables may be shared with a watermark or in preview form before final payment. Final files are released once full payment is received.

4.2 Revisions and additional work

Each project includes a defined scope. Work beyond that scope, including additional revisions, subtitles, or format changes, may be charged separately. Taxes apply where relevant.

4.3 Client-provided content

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights of any content they provide to us for use in a project. We are not liable for errors in, or the ownership of, material supplied by the client.

5. PULSYON platform

Where you use the PULSYON platform, you are responsible for the accuracy of the content and personnel data you upload, and for obtaining any consents required from your employees or contractors. We process that data only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement between us.

6. Third-party links

Our website may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, People Pulse Media LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
