When you contact us, request a demo, book a call, or sign up to hear from us, we may collect:

• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company name

• Booking details when you schedule a call with us

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect limited technical data through analytics tools:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited, time spent, and how you arrived at our site

This is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It is not used to personally identify you.

2.3 Information processed on behalf of our clients

Through our PULSYON platform, we may process data relating to our clients’ employees and contractors, such as names, training completion, assessment results and certificates. In these cases, our client is the owner of that data and we act only as a processor, handling it under their instruction and only for the purpose of delivering the service.

3. How we use your information

We use the personal data we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for
• Prepare proposals, quotations and deliverables
• Communicate with you about projects, and, where you have agreed, about our services and updates
• Process bookings and manage our working relationship with you
• Improve our website and services
• Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data where one of the following applies: you have given consent; the processing is necessary to provide a service you requested or to perform a contract; we have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights; or we are required to by law.

Where we rely on consent, for example marketing emails or newsletter signups, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

If you sign up to hear from us, or if you are an existing client, we may send you occasional updates about our work and services. Every such message includes a way to unsubscribe. If you opt out, we stop sending marketing messages, though we may still contact you about active projects.

We share personal data only where necessary, and only with parties bound to protect it. These include:

• Trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, our analytics provider, our scheduling tool and, where adopted, our customer relationship management system
• Professional advisers such as accountants, where required

The categories of processors we currently use include website hosting, web analytics, appointment scheduling, and email services. Where a customer relationship management system is adopted, it will be added to this list.

7. International transfers

Some of the tools we use store data on servers outside the UAE, including in the EU and elsewhere. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with this policy and applicable data protection standards.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry and project data is kept for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards.

Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Data we process for clients through PULSYON is kept and deleted according to that client’s instructions.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data handled through our platforms is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

10. Your rights

Under the PDPL and GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your data, where there is no legal reason to keep it
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

11. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.
